I've spent my career in customer-facing roles: door-to-door sales for Verizon, licensed annuity sales at Equitable, B2B account management at Upcycle USA, and 4.5 years in crypto customer support at Gemini, working their Nifty Gateway marketplace. Most recently I moved into a more technical support role at CoinTracker, managing inbound for their 1099-DA product through tax season.
I've worked the customer-facing side of tech and finance for most of my career, from door-to-door sales to crypto support desks.
I started in door-to-door sales for Verizon right after college, learning to hold a pitch and read a room from behind a closed door. That led to Equitable, selling annuities and building pitches for financial advisors while I worked through the SIE, Series 6, and Series 63 exams. From there I moved to Upcycle USA, running 90+ cold calls a day, managing client accounts, and helping build out their in-house CRM.
Crypto and web3 became the focus after that. I spent 4.5 years in customer support at Gemini, working their Nifty Gateway NFT marketplace, got promoted, and led my team on support KPIs the whole time. Most recently I moved into a more technical support role at CoinTracker, managing inbound for their 1099-DA product through tax season.
